In addition to our calendar of events, our member benefits also include networking, financing opportunities, joint venture investment opportunities as well as heightened awareness in the venture capital community.
PVCA hosts a number of luncheons annually at the Duquesne Club in downtown Pittsburgh. Each luncheon features a prominent regional or national speaker to discuss some aspect of venture capital and entrepreneurial activities. Luncheons are open to members, associate members, and their guests.
All meetings are held at the Duquesne Club in downtown Pittsburgh. The programs start at 11:00 a.m., allowing 45 minutes for company showcase and one-half hour for networking with lunch served promptly at 12:15 p.m.

| Prior to each luncheon at 11:00 a.m., two capital-seeking companies selected by a volunteer committee of experienced investors will make 15-minute presentations to PVCA members and invited guests. A brief question and answer period will follow each presentation. Nominated companies will represent the software, life sciences, advanced materials and other technology industry sectors. The Company Showcase portion of the event will conclude at 11:45 a.m. |
